What kind of printing technology do you use for your apparel?
At Print Lab, we use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and premium screen printing techniques to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting durability that won't crack or fade after washing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How should I care for my printed garments?
To preserve the life of the print, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for the best results. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
What is your return policy for custom or printed items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any items that arrive damaged or with printing defects. Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing choices, so please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Print Lab ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders enter our production queue within 12 hours. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Once an item has been printed, we can no longer modify the order.
